This cardiology case report features a woman in her mid 40s reporting chest pain and palpitations. Check out the ECG and determine the most likely rhythm in this patient!

History:

A patient in their mid-40’s presents to the hospital with chest pain and palpitations for 2 hours. She denies syncope, SOB, leg swelling, fever, cough or other complaints.

Exam:

Vital signs are normal except for a pulse of about 175. The physical exam is otherwise normal with clear lungs, no edema and no thyromegaly.
