History: A man in his 60’s with a history of diabetes, hypertension, CHF, and atrial flutter comes to the hospital with body aches, subjective fevers, and loss of sense of taste for the past several days. He denies any cough or change in his baseline SOB and says he received both COVID-19 vaccine doses about 3 months ago. He denies any chest pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or other complaints.
Exam: Vital signs are normal except for a pulse of about 120.
Computer Read: AF with RVR, moderate IVCD, QTc 519ms.
