A 78-year-old man went to the ED with a headache that had been bothering him for more than a week, saying it felt like it was pulsing. He almost never got headaches and today his vision had become blurred. Additionally, he had been experiencing neck and shoulder pain and unusual fatigue for the past several weeks. He said the other strange thing was that his scalp was tender.
